  1. Any chance you could add a feature so that the audio sounds only once when new mail arrives? not continuously until I read it?
I tend to leave my computer on, but locked...with firefox open on gmail...so if I am not around everybody gets extremely annoyed.
other than that...thanks for a cool product.

  2. I'll consider that before the final release. I've just finished version 2. A beta version will be available in a couple of days, so everyone will have a chance to submit suggestions.

  3. thanks for considering it..it would be very helpful. Another thing....since I read you are adding auto login...please make it an option to either use the existing cookies or the memorized user/pass.
The fact that your system uses the cookies is actually the one reason i moved to your extension from the previous one I was using...all the other features are very useful, but where also available in the previous extension I tried. the cookies login did it for me. If you are wondering why? I use a password manager. All my usernames/passwords are encrypted in this other program. I dont want to have to record my user/pass in one additional place (regardless of how secure you save it). With the pass manager (roboform) every morning I just click in one place and it takes care of opening all my windows with passwords.
    Hopefully I explained myself correctly.
    again, thanks!

  4. I still have to click the status bar to login. Other extensions like Gmail Manager auto-login when the browser starts up. Have I misunderstood something?

  5. Auto-login is an option in Help/Settings, presumably you're using version 2 beta.

  6. I second guillermo. It's nice that it has multiple logins now, but I'd like it to be able to behave like it used to as well, ie login through your cookies.

  7. So this version got the feature to use the existing cookies removed from what I can tell. Any chance you can readd that to your next version?
I log in to gmail with a password manager (encrypted storage) but then would like Gmail checker to notify me when email has arrived.
