It's 24th Dec, and here is the patch for version 1.3.2 of the news script. If you haven't ever used the custom publishing date feature or bothered about W3C HTML standard compliance, you wouldn't notice the problems :P
The concept of OpenID is so interesting that I'll probably implement it in the next major version of the news script, say 2.0, to provide multi-user support. I have already written a basic OpenID client, just for testing purposes. You can try it out here in case you're curious.

I've just released a new version of the calendar script, v2.2.0 particularly, with lots of bug fixes. Give it a try if you've been using older versions. There are some new settings in the config.php file as well, so make sure that you read it carefully. There are no big changes in the format of data.txt and style.css, so you can keep your current files.

OK, version 1.3 of the news script is available now. I've just updated the FAQ related to it as well.
If you want to enable search-engine friendly URLs, follow the instruction in the "htaccess.txt" file included. Hope it isn't too hard for anyone not familiar with mod_rewrite. I'll write a script to generate the ".htaccess" file automatically later as I'm too sleepy right now.

While waiting for Firefox 2 with a built-in spell checker, I've decided to make my own one. It uses the good old PSpell library. If the checker works well, I'll implement it in the new version of the news script.
Feedback for Opera and Safari is welcome 'cause I don't use them.

I've just released a simple PHP image gallery. It was intended to be an improvement of my old directory indexer but I got bored and made a gallery instead. The idea is pretty similar, though.
There are some questions posted on my FAQ page, so I'm answering them here.

I've finally got version 1.2 of the News script done. Here are some new features:
- Posts can be filed under multiple categories.
- Preview function when adding and editing a post.
- Daylight savings time is now possible.
Anyone's following the World Cup? France were horrible. Don't know if they're gonna improve, but I know Pires and Giuly are laughing at home.
